UK Athletics Level 4 Performance coach. Some years before internet usage developed he ran a 2.32 marathon and 10 sub 2.35 marathons, and ran for Middlesex in National Road Champs, rather than the plodding well-past-sell-date veterans results shown on PO10. Since 2009 has worked as an England Athletics Area Coach Mentor supporting the development of experienced coaches in the London/Herts/Essex. Author of the book “Improving Your Marathon and Half Marathon Running” (Crowood) which was endorsed by four-time Olympian and World Championship marathoner, Dan Robinson: ‘David’s dynamism and expertise come across brilliantly in this extremely well written, useful and entertaining book’
