| I am a Sprint/Hurdles Event Group (level 3) qualified coach Specialising in Sprint and hurdles disciplines. I am working primarily from u13’s through to seniors covering all sprint and hurdles distances from 60m to 400m.
I have sprinters and hurdlers who have reached English Schools and national indoor and outdoor finals in 60m, 100m, 200m, 60m hurdles, 80m hurdles, 300m & 400 hurdles. In 2022 I coached one athlete to Bronze in the 300m hurdles at the English U17 championships as well as coaching the Nottinghamshire Schools intermediate girls 4x100 team to a 4th place at the English Schools finals in a new county PB time. In 2023 one of my athletes was selected to represent England u18’s at the Welsh u20 International and she came home with a silver in the 400h and a bronze in the mixed 4 x 400m relay.
