Nigel is the current Welsh record holder in the javelin event (81.70m) and has coached a host of events and athletes. As well as being a L4 throws coach and former national event coach he is a qualified official and also a qualifed RFU and FA referee with a long background in rugby where he has coached up to regional level in schoolboy rugby and was an England U15 football triallist and had England U16 and U18 rugby trials. !
Currently building his own throws academy and available as consultant and advisor.
