Regional Coach Lead for the South West. Mark has been coaching club through to International level athletes for over 20 years. He runs the South West Endurance Network (SWEN). Mark has been England endurance team staff on road and track events and has experience at event management via the conferences he puts on in the South West of England. He is a specialist in physical prep and a tutor for England on the Physical preparation courses run through the country.
