I have been involved in athletics since the age of 9, when I joined Bexley AC. I remained a member until 1998, when I relocated to the Midlands and joined Tamworth AC. I have been coaching athletes since my early 20's. My coaching group covers 400m, 800m, 1500m and hurdles and includes athletes aged from their mid teens through to masters.
